Gavna - Automatically Track, Update, and Manage Work
I built Gavna because of a pain I felt firsthand running For Others. We were communicating with and managing dozens of external relationships every day and our productivity tools we had to track our work were impossible to keep up to date. We tried every CRM, cloud storage, and project management tool possible. After interviewing 22 client-facing teams who described the exact same problem, I knew it was worth building. Gavna syncs with your emails, meetings, and connected tools to update the right systems automatically and surface what to do next across your projects. It was an amazing technical deep dive. It was an agent before the industry had a name for it. Eight early users were testing it and I landed three design partners. After months of deliberation and conversations with advisors I respect, I made the hard decision to discontinue as the productivity AI space rapidly shifted with ChatGPT Connectors, Notion AI, Claude Cowork, and others tackling the same problem.
